[texbirds] Common Black-hawk locations in the Fort Davis area?

I'm going to be in the Fort Davis area next weekend for a family event.
Won't have much time for birding, but it would be nice to finally pick up
Common Black-hawk for my Texas list. If anyone has a location they would
not mind sharing, I would appreciate it.
