[texbirds] Cold Weather foraging

I noted a flurry of multi-species avian activity outside my window and got
my binos for better view. The cold, drizzly conditions had apparently
immobilized insects, and birds were busy picking them off limbs and twigs,
'like sitting ducks'. Observed one female cardinal take a few pecks at a
1.25" grasshopper that did not (could not) move due to cold temperature. The
cardinal finally just picked up the grasshopper and flew off with it.
Chickadees, titmice, and even yellow-rumped warblers were doing same.
