[texbirds] Black Vultures

I recall an inquiry about these guys from someone in Tyler. But I didn't see
any responses posted to the list at large. I don't know much about their
migratory behavior. Their numbers in general seem to be on the increase from a
non-scientific estimation. I have routinely seen them in the winter at Lake
Whitney near Hillsboro. I was there on the 25th of Nov and saw a half dozen in
two different locations near the lake. Latitude about 32 deg 00 min
