Had a nice group of folks come out for the bird walk this morning, and there were plenty of birds in the park. The Ringed Kingfisher seems to frequently be seen around 8:30- 9:30 in the morning over Ruby Pond. We have two Eastern Screech-Owls in the park - keep your eyes to the palm tree cavities! As usual, Clay-colored Thrushes are easily seen attending the peanut butter suet or fruiting anacua trees.
