A few days ago I saw 2 Say's Phoebe in Fort Davis at the courthouse and
numerous Acorn Woodpecker near the hotels there. On the trail by Fort Davis
Historical Site cemetery I saw several Canyon Towhee.

Subject: [texbirds] Big Bend Birding
Today we saw a phainopepla at Dugout Wells, Black Phoebe and Canyon Wren at
the Hot Springs, and a Rock Wren at Boquillas.
The day before we saw the Varied Thrush at Carolyn Ohl's place in the
Christmas Mts. Plus lots of Lark Buntings and a White Throated Sparrow.
Headed up to the Davis mountains now.
