[texbirds] Battle of the Box

Bluebirds have been all over the bluebird box out on the edge of the
woods this morning, but so have the titmice and in recent days so have the
chickadees and Carolina Wrens...Who takes the first shift? Am hoping for
the bluebirds as that was originally why I put it there...but the other
three species have been the only ones to use it over the past few years.
One year all but the bluebirds nested in it making for a layer cake of
nests at the end of the breeding season.
