[texbirds] Banded WWDO in Victoria

I spotted a Banded White-winged Dove while waiting for a dentist office
to open this morning. This bird is building nest in the top of a Arizona
Ash at :
103 Professional Park Drive
Victoria, TX

never able to read it though it was quite close at time...Have no idea who
is banding them so if you do please pass this along*
