Don't forget, Last Chance Forever (the King's Falconer) at the various 
Renaissance festivals), is in San Antonio. They specifically rehabilitate 
raptors and might be able to respond fairly quickly. Mile 128 must be fairly 
close to San Antonio, making that possibly a better resource than someone on 
the coast.
