All,

I had 11 species of warbler today at Stephen F. Austin State Park west of
Houston between 10 and 1 today. Highlights were a male Mourning Warbler at
the beginning of the Cottonwood Trail near the amphitheater, and three
Canadas on the Opossum Trail and the Sycamore Trail.

Migrants:

Blackburnian Warbler (3)

American Redstart

Chestnut-side Warbler (3)

Magnolia Warbler (3)

N. Parula (lots, on territory)

Prothonotary (2, on territory)

Yellow Warbler (1 male)

Mourning Warbler (1 male)

Canada Warbler (2 males, 1 fem)

N. Waterthrush

Blk-throated Green Warbler (3)

Only other neotropic migrants were the Red-eyed and White-eyed Vires, and
Summer Tanagers, all on territory.

I did NOT refind John Berner's Black Terns along Beckendorff Rd, but did
find 11 Hudsonian Godwits and 10 Stilt Sandpipers just north of 3013 on said
road.
