Out in the fields around Attwater's NWR this weekend we saw literally 1000+
Long-billed Dowitchers in one field. Both White Ibis & White-faced Ibis in and
around the refuge numbering well into a thousand birds. Red-tailed Hawks
everywhere. Had a Kriders and a Leucisitic Caracara. The Caracara had a white
belly and the trailing edges of the wings were a lot whiter than normal.

All fields are flooded from the rains this past week. Some roads still have
high water over them. Waterfowl are really coming in. Saw 1000's of Pintail and
Teal. Lot's of Greater White-fronted Geese, One Snow Goose & no Canada's yet.
