[texbirds] Are conditions ripe for another grounding along the UTC tomorrow (4/28)?

Or will things be better inland? I don't know how big a liftoff there was
from Yucatan last night, but due to the rain patterns near Houston in the
late afternoon, perhaps a good fraction of the birds landing around High
Island will drop into the woods because of the rain right along the coast.
Those birds coming ashore west of Galveston Bay may have made it quite a few
miles inland before hitting the heavy storms.  
 

Should be interesting...
