[texbirds] Adding Pictures to ebird List on Mac Computers

We usually take Jan's smaller Mac laptop when we travel. I have discovered
that the text string that I use on my PC to insert pictures into a ebird
list will not work. Anyone have a method that works on a mac?
<img src=(pasted picture)> is what I use on my PC and it works just fime.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
