[texbirds] 2 Baytown nature ctr white winged scoters now

At Wooster point within the Baytown Nature Center. Just got call from Susan
Orwig and Letha Slagel. Drive all the way to the back and park near lpond with
large hill and gazebo. Walk through gate on trail that is continuation of the
long paved road. After couple hundred yards wooster point is a small gazebo and
portapotty on right. Reportedly Swimming with hooded mergansers
