Ha! Here's a very loose transcript of a recent call to Technical Support
(as described to me by one of the guys currently in support.)

"VA Linux Systems Technical Support, can I get your first name?"
"This is Joe Customer."
"How can I help you today Mr. Customer?"
"I'm trying to reinstall your distribution on a rackmount server we bought
from you, but the CD keeps falling out."
"The CD keeps falling out?"
"Yes, you put it in to the CD tray and it falls right out."
"Onto the floor?"
"Yes, that's correct."
"Okay sir, let's try this. I want you to flip the server upside down and try
        to insert the CD."
"Okay, now it works."
"...and are the labels right-side up? I mean, are the VA Linux labels
upside down or can you read them correctly."
"Yeah, that must have been it, thanks!"
"No problem sir...have pleasant evening."

* Steve Baker (ice@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx) on [09-12-00 12:28] did utter:

> "Yes, pine."
> "Doesn't it say how to send the e-mail on the screen?"
> "Yes, it says to use Ctrl-X."
> "Did you try typing Ctrl-X?"
> "Yes, but it just keeps printing."
> "No, did you try holding down the Ctrl key and then typing X?"
> "Oh, ok, thanks."
> "Uh huh, no problem."
> *click*
