Try these :

Problem: Hv Missing. Audio Ok. 150v On 130v Source Only After Power On.

Defective, Leaky Horizontal Predrive Transistor, Qx3202 (Old # 121-1232, New
# 121-1310).

or

Defective, Leaky Turn On Transistor, Qx3403 (Old # 121-1232, New #
121-1301).
