Thanks for the reply Paul. The only thing wrong with this is when you first
plug it in from what I observed the power supply is supposed to go to full
power. After that it doesn't matter so I think it has to be the reset. Ron
sent my a winstip that is exactly what I have. I already changed the part
but maybe I got a bad one will post findings.
