Bob this happened to me.
After replacing STK?s using generic from Tritranics, no change. This
set has the analog convergence board part # 809-10290. We called Zenith
and they said to change the convergence board. Ordered board from
Tritranics. Plugging in the board brought the bow back in line but the blue
would not fully align. Called Zenith back and they said convergence
amps were working if they could be adjusted. Again bad board. Ordered
another rebuilt board from Tritranics (TriState). While waiting for the
other board we had a Hitachi come in that had the same convergence board.
Installed it and all adjusted good. You can get a bad rebuilt board.
