[TechAssist] zenith 9-2143 vert and horiz pull

set came in dead with b+ fuse blown,no shorts found,played for a day fine,pulls
down from top first,then from sides,then is ok.tapping does not affect,very
intermittent.anyone seen this?"CA"chassis
