Sometimes when you turn the chassis up-side-down to solder, the magnetic core falls out of the coil or drop down to the bottom of the coil and then it will overheat. The coil is 20-4284-09. Other than that, check QX3201 (121-1237) and R3219 and R3234 (110K-half watt each) and of course solder everything in sight. If the width adjusts and PCC is good after you replace the coil, then the drive circuits as well as QX3201 must be OK. John.
