[TechAssist] viewsonic monitor help please

Hi. I have a viewsonic G810-2M in the shop. The quick discription is it shuts
down.
Here is the long version
When you plug it in without a computer it fires up for a moment, the led goes
yellow and thats about it.
When you hook up a computer the led turns green anf HI volts rises to about
20k then shuts down. The led stays green. If you then turn off the computer or
unplug the data cord the led turns yellow.
Any ideas?
