[TechAssist] unlock code for Hitachi 13GA1BA

Hello. Can someone tell me how to unlock the parental control for this
hitachi 13GA1BA made in china in 1995. The instruction book is not
listed on the hitachi website. The customer hos just one channel locked
and it shows "Channel locked" on the screen. Thanks in advance and
