Press the "game" button on the remote to make sure it is not in the video
mode. If you dont have the remote, just put a video signal into the front
video jack and if it comes up on the screen it is in the video mode. If you
dont have a video generator, use the video out from a vcr.
If thats OK you need to check for the 33 volts at pin 9 of the tuner, 5
volts on pin 7, 9 volts on pin 6, and data and clock on pins 4 and 5. You
can inject a IF signal at pin 11. If the voltages are OK and the IF signal
does not result in a picture, the problem is with IC301 or associated
components.
