Make sure the cassette is seating fully in FULL load lock position....wiper arm 
assy
on cassette load assy could be damaged ..look close at heavy black spring's...
You did not say what you have done...?? Have you checked for dirty tape 
path.....???
Cpastan motor bearings?? motor PCB for bad caps & traces.

hi techs,
This VCR plays normal for about 2 to 3 minutes , after that the speed of the 
tape
slowly
increases until the picture looks as if it is out o H sync and the audio is just
noise.
any one knows what causes this problem?
