[TechAssist] sony kv27fs12 help

I received for repair sony kv27fs12, does not tune on channel 97. I check
tuner voltages seem alright, agc 7.8v with or without signal. I pumped a
generator into tuner i did see col bars on 97. I am weak on video, and only
have part of print. I would appreciate any help.
