[TechAssist] sony kp46s15 shutdown

kp46s15, unit was going into shutdown no sound of hv, removed lead from
splitter good arc, replaced splitter, now hv comes up and shuts down, reason
is b+ instead of 135v is 242v, I cant believe ps does not self destruct, any
help would be greatly appreciated.
