Just look at all the other emails on this list, you see everyone signs there
name, company name and
location...this is a signature.
I'm not familiar with your email program, but every one I have seen have an
option to add a signature to
all outgoing mail...
Also, brief description of the problem with this model should go in the subject
line...or simply
add..."need schematic".
Also, even though you will settle for a schematic, describing your symptoms as
well as asking for a print,
you may get someone that encountered the same symptom and lead you to the
defective part.
