[TechAssist] re sony weak crt

i dont have the manual, but if it uses the cx1313 jungle ic i defeated one by
shorting pin 9 to pin 10 on this ic.(even worked if 9 is shorted to 11 or 12
also).
if not using this ic this is no help,good luck,
