[TechAssist] Re: re. Magnavox 36"ch. M8, mo. MS3650c129 intermittent shutdown.

Symptom:
A small number of M8 chassis may exhibit a desire
to shutdown (go to x-ray protect-error 1). This may occur with
channel change, input switching or other disturbances. In a
small number of cases it may begin after the UOC, IC 7200,
is changed. In those models with out a Service Mode the error
codes may be read with ComPair

If this occurs use the correction for the proper screen size/type.

Resolution:
For 25 and 27 inch convential CRT (curved face)
Change 3452 to 2312 915 11003 10K 1%
Change 3454 to 2312 915 13902 3K9 1%
Use only these specific parts!

For 32 inch convential CRT (curved face)
Replace 3451 with 2306 204 03278 2R7 ohm 5%
Replace 3452 with 2312 915 15602 5K6 ohm 1% MFLM
Use only these specific parts!

For 27 inch Real Flat CRT (flat face)
Replace 3451 with 2306 204 03568 5R6 ohm 5%
Replace 3452 with 2312 915 15602 5K6 ohm 1% MFLM
Use only these specific parts!
