[TechAssist] rca tv ctc203ax1 "dead set" need schematic.

hello everyone,
the fuse is good . no relay action.. i resoldered a lot of bad connections i
could find...i dont have any service info on this chassis so i dont know
where any of the voltage readings are suppose to be taken..any help would be
appreciative...

ps:this is the first time working on this chassis.without a manual i couldnt
provide much info..so please dont flame me to bad..
