CTC203 with sound but no high voltage? That oughta be the old L14401 or
whatever it is in the base circuit of the HOT, resolder it. Really common
problem. Some say to remove it and scrape the ends and reinstall it but a
good hot tip should do the trick. Also resolder the HD transformer of
course.

This tv rca ctc203ac4 sometimes works fine . Other
times the set will not have video or hi voltage but
keeps the sound. It does seem to have low sound when
the pix is out. Any ideas?
