[TechAssist] rca ctc169 low run voltage

I accidentally reversed cr4118 on this set, while replacing senveral ps
parts, after reversing back to normal, set came on with very reduced
vertical and somewhat reduced horz , suddenly vert fills out almost all the
way, now I have a postage stamp pix, no color, stby is 140, run is 116, have
checked or changed every semiconductor in run reg ckt, any help would be
greatly appreciated.
