[TechAssist] rca color problem

hi brother techs:im about to work on a rca set.i have 2 problems # 1, i dont
know whether this chassis is a ctc177 or ctc187 or maybe neither one.the
{model # F25254GY}.
problem # 2, this set has a yellow and green tint with fainted video in the
background.
i never ran into a problem like that before so i was wondering whether you
guys have.
and if so please i would highly appreciate some insight in how to solve this
problem,thanks
