Your sig file info does not indicate that you are a working technician so
I'm not sure that you should have this information. If you don't know how to
get into the service menu I wonder if you will know what to do once you are
there. Can you verify that you are a working technician?

When I push menu and hold then push power and release the set should turn on
and go to service mode but it turns on only way if I push the power button
only. It won't respond to menu and power to gether to go to service mode.
What I am missing??
