[TechAssist] pt-51g36ce convergence

Hello everyone
Does anyone have the service manual for this set. Picture severely
bowed top and bottom, convergence way off. I replaced both stk392-110
and I cannot find any bad resistors. I am going to try to order the
eprom again. Not in stock last week. Has anyone here replaced the
eprom? If the eprom is the cause I should at least be able to reset
the parameters for the convergence the setting will be lost after
exiting the service menu. Am I right? I really could use some
advice!! Thanks!!
