If the TV plays 3 or 4 days, then the problem could be the HOT is
getting hot.Did you replace it with the original part # or a
substitute?, is the HOT B+ clean?, also check if the low side of the
primary drive tx has a dry filter cap.

Is Q802 the Horiz Sweep output on this model? I'm looking at a PTV 770
schematic....if so test out the hv caps and damper diodes on this. I had
a repeat failure on a ptv 375 and I believe this is what I found.

ive seen the leakage problem and the cracked crt when it leaks onto the
bd
but this one is different. i put the q802 and the blue is fine i let it
play
for an hour and its fine. the we deliver it back to the cust and it wks
fine
for 3 or 4 days. i dont see any leakage or arching . do you have a
phillips tech website that i can go to to check for this

That's right!
I forgot about the leakage "inside" of the CRT. And to think...I just
had one last month...DUH! It was a shot in the dark. But the blue CRT
was the only one that we could see any type of leakage. We just used a
clip to clip lead from the dag to the bare pins of the tube. Sent it
PATX in Texas for remanufacturing. And it cost me a WHOPPING.... $88.50
PATX is fantastic! If you need info on them, let me know.

Shine a light down the ''Blue crt''.It probably has a hair line
crack.Most times it's the Blue but of course check the others as
well.Another quick ''field check''is to remove the socket from each crt
& hold it close
