[TechAssist] philips tvvcr ccz191 dead

This Philips tvvcr CCZ191AT32 when first plugged in
and power switch hit it will come on and work
normally. When you turn it off it will not turn back
on unless it sits for hours or days. Plus can anyone
tell me how to determine which symphonic chassis this
is. Are their Id's on the board for this.
Any help out there?
