this unit is 2yrs old. there is no secondary power, the regulator STR-F6514
has nothing on any pins except pin 3 =162V and pin 4 = 17v. NO scat but I
suspect the regulator because I checked all components in primary. When
power button is pushed I get a click and the 162 comes up but nothing on
secondary.Any ideas before I order a manual.
