[TechAssist] panasonic microwave NN-S740BA (inverter type) dead,fix

This is the newer ones woth an inverter circuit board in it. Has a kind 
of flyback, two heavy plastic FETs in push-pull with other parts. No 
large 2KV cap. Removed the bvoard and there were many cracked 
connections I fixed, no bad parts. (good cause it whsles for $71.35 
exchange). It also uses a ceramic 18 amp line fuse. Unusal amperage. 
Fuse open.
After resoldering the inverter board and repl. fuse unit survived a 2 
minute "boil test" with water.
These I think are only about $79.00 or so new. The inverter at
