I have 2 with A340200-1001 on 'em,but the chip we are talking about
is MC44802p in these.
I see one with A340293-1004 on it, but it doesn't use this chip at all.
It is still on it's pcb and it's pins are marked

3 Hi V
4 UHF
5 AGC
6 13v
7 TUN V
8 Super
9 IF
10 GND
13 PRE S
14 5v-A
