[TechAssist] need part number please

I am trying to find a part number for the clear prism that sits over the
emmitter diode on model HSU520 mitsubishi vcr.it sends the light to the end
sensors. I faxed mitsubishi twice for this , and they faxed back a blowout for
a different model that doesnt use the prism both times.
any help would be appreciated,
