[TechAssist] need lcd laptop expert

Hi: When brightness is turned up it is real bright with very faint
video,when brightness is reduced the pix is dark in center and light on the
sides. Very uneven,curser hard to see.video is good on crt monitor.Doesn't
seem to fit in to a back light or inverter problem.Thanks Barry.
