Thanks to every one who replied, pulled set in for no vert deflection,
replaced c4e5 and c4e6(100/35v, and 2200/35v respectively, and vert
op(la7838), still no deflection, could turn vert height control to get
partial deflection, input @pin2 was 4.9v, pin1 was normal@11v, pin13 and 8
were 28.91v,pin12 output, was 26 volts, later changed q4a1(nte382) was
leaky, no change, changed all caps, no change, checked voltage on rf41 had
26v on both sides, r4e7, which is tied to vert height on one side and the
other is connected to r4f1, had only 2.6 v , c4e6 had leaked electrolyte and
really mucked up board, I had cleaned but did not notice,very small trace
eaten up between+ side of c4e6 and pin6 of mb connector, jumping trace
restored full operation, once again thanks for the replies.
