Replace The 2 , 100uf 35v Caps Next To Vertical Ic
Replace The 1 , 220uf 35v Cap Next To Vertical Ic

Davis Tv
Check R454 33k-1/4w for open . located off Ic401-7

Also.....do NOT use SK series vertical IC's!!!!
