If I may... I would like to address this issue.
I now use a web based e-mail account. It has been, so far more reliable than
my ISP's e-mail. The ISP e-mail was getting so unreliable that if I received
my mail, it would be about 20% of what it should have been. They would be down
every few days and I could always count on it being down on weekends.
Sometimes I would go for days without mail. Many times when I would send, I
was not sure if it even went out. I would prefer a dependable ISP for my
e-mail but with all of the problems I've had, I would like to see how
dependable my new ISP is before I switch over. Another reason I was forced to
use a web based mail is all of the spam. I used to get (when I didn't have ISP
problems)300 to 500 e-mails a day. Now I get around 150. Perhaps some of the
web based e-mail suck but so far this was is acceptable and beside not having
to go through all of the Hell that the ISP put me through.
