Hi Al.

You have pincushioning, and I've seen the convergence board cause this
problem, and it will return if you do not A replace the board with an
upgraded board or
B perform the upgrade yourself

To readjust this unit  I believe 0-6-2-5-9-6 menu sequence will access the
convergence page or the service menu. If it isn't the convergence then try
0-6-2-5-9-7-menu.

You can generally adjust the convergence, but the digital data will get lost
if A); you Did Not press the power button on the front of the TV after
completing the adjustments, or B) you did not upgrade the convergence board.
It may last a day or 2 months. but the eeproms lose the convergence data .
