[TechAssist] magnavox tv 27z1 chassis red screen/retrace shutsdown update

hello everyone,
this is a magnavox tv..model no#RS2749c401 chassis 27z1
set comes on with red screen /w retrace lines then 10 seconds shutsdown.. i
have checked q650,q651,q652 red,green,blue drivers and q660 luma
buffer..all check good..
on crt board i have checked r1 through r16 q1,q2.q3 show 13.5 volts on
emitters which is normal.. c1 thru c4 is good..
i resoldered j1/j2/j3 and crt socket complete.. has anyone any
tips on this tv?? any help would be appreciated..

thanks for all the replies on this tv..here is what ive got so far.
the components i have checked on crt board..
q1 collector voltage 15.3 v red amp
q2 collector voltage 106 v green amp
q3 collector voltage 79.5 v blue amp
these voltages were taken with crt board removed..note: set did not shut
down.. i do not have a listing to check tube in my
sencore cr70 book.. thanks...joe
