[TechAssist] magnavox 32H800 intermittant shutdown

Going on a call tomorrow on a 32H800 mag chassie cust says set will shut down
after running from an hour to most of day. After shutdown set will not power up
again until set sits for 24 hours ( cust has been doing this regularly for
several weeks and always has to be 24 hours). then symptom repetes. I had her
unplug set to reset to see if power comes back up when in dead state but no go.
Anyone ever have this prob before. anyone have a PDF for this set they could
