[TechAssist] kv32hs500 bright or flagging at top of pic

KV32HS500 has bright washed out bar at top of pic---turns into what looks like
flagging at the top mixed in with it. Eventually flashing goes top to bottom.
Looks like it could be crt related---or flyback. All ready replaced the line
doubler per sonys instruction. Only occurs on inputs 1-4 5 and 6---and tuner
video has no problem. any ideas would be appreciated.
