[TechAssist] jvc av27220 no video\weak

has no video.. on screen menu ect. is good .i got in
to the service menu , but it wont allow me to toggle
down to the rbg lowlight or bg highlight..if i put
bright and contrast to max in service menu i will get
video but a dark pix then if i turn up the screen
supply it looks weak video..how do i get to the rbg
cutoff and drive adjustments help! jerry
