Would not put it past Toshiba. Never trusted them after we found out
they were selling Submarine Props to the then...Soviet Union.;-)

1/2 of 121.5 = 60.75
Ch 3 video x 2 = 122.5, in aircraft channels that's a long way from
121.5.
An off frequency cable box could be producing 121.5 but that wouldn't be
coming from the TV.
On Ch 3 the local oscillator would have to be about 15mhz above 61.25
which
won't make anything even close to 121.5.
I think there's a spook in the TV.
